Retested thermals of Forge 15 series with CM Mastergel Maker, some interesting results.
Forge 15 (i7-9750H, GTX1650)
CPU - Aida64 FPU only: Performance mode (PL1 60W)
Stock: 80-82C, 3.11-3.13GHz
UV: 80-81C, 3.25-3.26GHz
UV+PL1 75W (override): 91-94C, 3.51-3.53GHz
PL1 cannot be 80W or more, otherwise VRM will throttle
GPU - Unigine Heaven: With CPU UV, CPU disabled turbo, Extreme profile, windowed mode
60-62C, average ~1683MHz
Aida64+Heaven: Max fans enabled, CPU UV
CPU: 55W (capped), 90-93C, 3.13-3.19GHz
GPU: 50W, 75C, average ~1588MHz
Notes:
- Ambient temp is around 26C
- Auto fan curve is used
- There is CPU undervolt of -50mV by default. Custom undervolt is -100mV (highlighted in blue colour)
- Thermal paste application method - CPU: line method, GPU: X method
- Laptop is plugged in

Enabling max fans will have the same result in CPU or GPU only load.
- Lifting the laptop will drop around 2C for both CPU and GPU
- GPU temp is high in both Elite and Pro - might be due to insufficient thermal paste due to big die size. Will have to confirm again in another retest. Maybe I'll try spread method as suggested by Level51
